Welcome to HT Counselling Services

HT Counselling Services provides professional counselling, psychotherapy and specialist therapeutic support for adults, children and young people. Based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, we offer in-person appointments alongside online counselling throughout the UK.

Our experienced team offers support for a wide range of difficulties, with services including individual counselling and psychotherapy, children and young people’s counselling, EMDR therapy and affordable counselling options.

We understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult. From your first contact with us, our aim is to make the process feel as straightforward and supportive as possible. You’ll be listened to with warmth, respect and without judgement, and we’ll help you find a practitioner and approach that suits your individual needs.

Our counsellors bring a range of experience, training and therapeutic approaches. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, the support you receive is tailored to you – whether you want help understanding difficult thoughts and feelings, processing past experiences, managing what’s happening in your life now, or making meaningful changes for the future.

In-person counselling in Bromsgrove

Our welcoming practice is in the heart of Aston Fields, Bromsgrove, with convenient transport links. Bromsgrove Train Station is approximately a 10-minute walk away and bus services stop nearby.

Online counselling across the UK

If attending in person isn’t convenient, we also provide online counselling nationwide. Our online sessions are delivered to the same professional standards as our in-person work, providing a private, supportive and non-judgemental therapeutic space wherever you are.

With Kym’s help, I have learned healthy coping strategies and no longer feel the need to turn to self-harm.
